Our Legal Team

Mark Hernandez was born in McAllen, Texas in January 1973.  He joined the firm in 2004.

Prior to joining the firm, Mark was a prosecutor for two (2) years with the Hidalgo County District Attorney's Office followed by three (3) years of solo practice.

In addition to spending time with his family, he enjoys fishing, grilling, and reading.

Mark has been married to his wife, Mary, for 6 years and they have two young sons, Cristian (age 3) and Alex (age 1).
