Ms. Marks was born in County Galway, Ireland and moved to New York with her family as a child. She has been with the firm for 20 years and has been a Legal Administrator since 1992. Ms. Marks is responsible for the day to day operations of the firm as well as the responsibility for staff personnel.

Ms. Marks is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Legal Administrators Division.
