At Brock Person Guerra Reyna, we pride ourselves most on the unparalleled results we have achieved for our clients as a result of our extraordinary trial practice. While many law firms offer quality representation and advocacy during the pendency of litigation, we offer absolutely proven results in the courtroom, irrespective of the size of the claim. Each of our clients can be incredibly confident that when cases do go to trial, the verdicts received are almost invariably won (defined as either a complete defense verdicts or a verdict where the amount recovered is less than that offered pre-trial).

At Brock Person Guerra Reyna, we have tried hundreds of cases over the years, too many to include in this website. We have, however, chosen to include each of those cases governed by a jury verdict where the amount sought was in excess of $500,000. It is important to note that we have included every case tried under this broad category, not just select verdicts. There are four points of great significance with regard to these trials.

1. Of the fifty (50) trials in this category, Brock Person Guerra Reyna attorneys have won forty-five (45) of these trials, an overall success rate of 90%. In thirty-eight cases (38), or 76% of the time, there was a zero verdict in favor of our clients.

2. In addition, in the recent past, Brock Person Guerra Reyna attorneys have been involved in fourteen (14) death case trials. In these trials, our attorneys won twelve (12) of these trials with outright zero verdicts in favor of our clients, a death case success rate of 86%.

3. Also, Brock Person Guerra Reyna attorneys have a very active practice in South Texas border counties and have tried numerous cases in these historically plaintiff-oriented venues. Of the twenty (20) trials in South Texas where the amount sought exceeded $500,000, our attorneys were able to win eighteen (18) of these cases for our clients, a 90% success rate in South Texas trials. In sixteen (16) cases, or 80% of the time, there was a zero verdict in favor of our clients.

4. Finally, even in those cases where there was a measure of recovery by the Plaintiffs, the average amount recovered was about 25% of the amount sought , still important from a defense perspective.
